Shipping to the U.S.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays) to pick, pack, and inspect your order.
  • Transit time: 10–18 business days (standard) via China Post/E-Packet or DHL/UPS (express, 7–12 business days, additional fees apply).
  • No hidden customs fees: All U.S. orders are shipped with pre-cleared documentation to avoid unexpected charges.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging.
  • Exclusions: Customized tents, damaged items from misuse, or opened LED light components.
  • Process: Email support to request a return label; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective products. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
